RETURNS & EXCHANGES

EVERY ORDER IS MADE WITH LOVE AND WE HOPE YOUR ADORE YOUR AIMEE GEORGIA PIECES.

Items can be returned with a store credit/or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order provided the item is in brand new, original condition with tags still attached. The item must be unworn. Unfortunately, Aimee Georgia is unable to offer refunds due to the handmade and made to order nature of the item.

START A RETURN/EXCHANGE:

To start a return/exchange, please email us at info@aimeegeorgia.com with your order number and name of the item/items you wish to return. We will email you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any loss of the parcel during transit, please purchase tracking to help minimise this. Aimee Georgia cannot accept any returns that are worn or tampered with in any way.

Please note customers are to cover the cost of the return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect. The refund for store credit will be processed once the item has been received on our end and we have reviewed the condition.

FAULTY ITEM:

We offer a return/refund if the item you have received is faulty. Please email info@aimeegeorgia.com with your order number and any details/images of the fault within 7 days of receiving the item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
