WHAT IS MADE TO ORDER?

Made to order means the item isn't in stock. It is handmade once the order has been placed. This allows our production process to ensure minimal fabric wastage as possible and the order is specially made just for you.

COLLECTION RELEASE DATES?

Our pieces are all released within collections occurring throughout the year. Our collections include new pieces and are formed around a certain inspiration. There may be restocks of pieces throughout the year considering fabric availability. These collections are season-less and do not follow a traditional fashion calendar.

WHAT IS YOUR SIZING?

Under each product description, a sizing chart link lists the sizes available for each piece and their measurements. Please ensure you read this carefully and take note of the stretch of the fabric listed. We aim to increase our sizing range in the future to further reach every one of you. Please contact us with any questions regarding sizing.

SOLD OUT STYLE?

Please email info@aimeegeorgia.com or direct message @aimeegeorgiastudios with your restock request of a certain item/s. Depending on availability of fabric, the style may be limited and not restocked.

WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF YOUR PIECES?

All pieces are listed using NZD. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Aimee Georgia ships internationally. Shipping rates will be determined at checkout. We use NZ Post for our delivery service.

DO YOU HAVE A CART HOLD POLICY?

No, we do not have a cart hold policy as we recommend to place your order as soon as possible. This suits our made to order system and limited style availability.

CAN I CHANGE SOMETHING WITH MY ORDER?

Due to all of our pieces being handmade, a request to modify your order should be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. However, we cannot guarantee this to be altered due to being made to order. Please email any modifications to info@aimeegeorgia.com with your order number.

I HAVE MADE MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN YOU COMBINE THE POSTAGE FOR ME?

Please email us at info@aimeegeorgia.com if you would like to combine orders together for shipping purposes. This would ideally be considered as soon as the orders have been placed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page on our website for more information. We accept store credit and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item.
