Where do you ship?
We ship to New Zealand and Australia. International shipping cost is determined at checkout. We use New Zealand Post for our delivery service. 
 
Can I change something with my order?
Due to all of our pieces being handmade, a request to modify your order should be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. However, we cannot guarantee this will be altered due to production already being placed. Please email any changes to: info@aimeegeorgia.com.

What is the status of my order?
We aim to have all orders shipped to you within 2 weeks from the date of the order placed. Please note that during busy times, we may have small delays with shipping. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be placed for production on the following business day. If you have any further questions about the status of your order, please email: info@aimeegeorgia.com.

Do you have an option to pick up rather than post?
Yes, we do! Our pick-up location is based in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. Please select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout, and the location details will be emailed to you.
 
What is your sizing?
Under each product description, a sizing chart lists the sizes available for each piece and their measurements. Please ensure you read this carefully and take note of the stretch of the fabric. Both of our sizes are very versatile, due to the style of the product and your desired fit. We aim to increase our sizing range in the future to further reach every one of you. Please don't hesitate to email or send a direct message on Instagram if requiring sizing advice.
 
Release information?
Our pieces are all released within exclusive collections. These collections are inspired by a similar theme, and some pieces will be restocked throughout the year depending on fabric availability and popularity. Please note that due to releasing small amounts online, not all styles will be restocked. 
 
Sold out piece?
Please use the 'Notify me when available' button on each product page to send a request enquiry. Otherwise, please email: info@aimeegeorgia.com or direct message us on Instagram with your restock request for a certain item/s. This will allow us to note down which style is popular and whether it can be restocked. Please note that this restock is only guaranteed due to fabric availability. We produce in small runs; they may not be restocked.
 
What is the currency of your items?
All pieces are listed using NZD. Please change your current location at the bottom of our website to view our products in your chosen currency.
 
Do you have a cart hold policy?
No, we do not have a cart hold policy, as we recommend to place your order as soon as possible. 
  
I have made multiple orders. Can you combine the postage for me?
Please email us at: info@aimeegeorgia.com if you would like to combine orders for shipping purposes. This must be emailed to us as soon as the orders have been placed. 
 
Returns/Exchanges?
Please visit our Refund Policy page on our website for more information. We accept store credit and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains or odours. All returns/exchanges will be assessed before being approved. Have you received my return?
We'll let you know via email as soon as possible once we have assessed your return.

How long is your store credit valid for?
Our store credit is valid for 1 year. Please take note of this date.
