Where do you ship?
We ship internationally. Shipping rates will be determined at checkout. We use New Zealand Post for our delivery service.
What does made to order mean?
Made to order allows our production process to ensure minimal waste as possible. This allows us to incorporate a sustainable approach. Each order is specially handmade to the pieces purchased.
What is your sizing?
Under each product description, a sizing chart lists the sizes available for each piece and their measurements. Please ensure you read this carefully and take note of the stretch of the fabric listed under ‘Fabric Composition’. We aim to increase our sizing range in the future to further reach every one of you. Please don't hesitate to email or direct message on Instagram if requiring sizing advice.
Release information?
Our pieces are all released within exclusive collections. These collections are inspired by a similar theme and some pieces will be restocked throughout the year depending on fabric availability and popularity.
Sold out piece?
Please email info@aimeegeorgia.com or direct message us on Instagram with your restock request of a certain item/s. This will allow us to note down which style is popular and whether it can be restocked.
What is the currency of your items?
All pieces are listed using NZD.
Do you have a cart hold policy?
No we do not have a cart hold policy as we recommend to place your order as soon as possible. This suits our made to order system.
Can I change something with my order?
Due to all of our pieces being handmade, a request to modify your order should be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. However, we cannot guarantee this to be altered due to being made to order. Please email any modifications to info@aimeegeorgia.com.
I have made multiple orders, can you combine the postage for me?
Please email us at info@aimeegeorgia.com if you would like to combine orders together for shipping purposes. This would ideally be considered as soon as the orders have been placed.
Returns/Exchanges?
Please visit our Refund Policy page on our website for more information. We accept store credit and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item.
