Shipping policy

Preordered pieces: Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched. This is because all the garments are handmade solely in Auckland, New Zealand. 

In-stock pieces: Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Pickup: This service is only available through contact before the order has been placed within New Zealand. Pickup is located in either Auckland or Hawkes Bay.

We provide local shipping within New Zealand and internationally.

Shipping is provided by New Zealand Post and will be charged on the order size and country of delivery. All shipping includes tracking costs. 

New Zealand: Once your item has been dispatched, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery of your item. You will receive shipping notifications through email.

Australia: Please allow 3-10 business days for your item to be delivered once dispatched. You will receive shipping notifications through email.

International: Please allow 5-15 business days for your item to be delivered once dispatched. You will receive shipping notifications through email.
