PREORDERED PIECES

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be dispatched. Preordered pieces mean the fabric is purchased once the preorder has been closed. This ensures the correct amount of fabric is purchased and used, limiting fabric wastage and allowing for exclusive drops.

PICKUP: This service is only available through contact before the order has been placed within New Zealand. Pickup is located in either Auckland or Hawkes Bay. Please contact us to organise pickup and a refund of the shipping costs.

We provide local shipping within New Zealand, Australia and internationally.

Shipping is provided by New Zealand Post and will be charged on the order size and country of delivery. All shipping includes tracking costs and information. Please choose rural shipping if required.

• New Zealand: Once your item has been dispatched, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery of your item, unless considering NZ Post delays. Shipping notifications will be sent via email.
• Australia: Please allow 5-15 business days for your item to be delivered once dispatched. Shipping notifications will be sent via email.
• International: Please allow 5-20 business days for your item to be delivered once dispatched. Shipping notifications will be sent via email.
