Shipping is provided by New Zealand Post and will be charged on the order size and country of delivery. All shipping includes tracking costs and information. Please choose rural shipping if required.

• New Zealand: Once your item has been dispatched, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery of your item, considering NZ Post delays. Shipping notifications will be sent via email.
• Australia: Please allow 5-15 business days for your item to be delivered once dispatched. Shipping notifications will be sent via email.
• International: Please allow 5-20 business days for your item to be delivered once dispatched. Shipping notifications will be sent via email.

SHIPPING TERMS OF SERVICE

Aimee Georgia is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to our parcels once handed to our courier, New Zealand Post. If you suspect your parcel is lost, please contact NZ Post.

We are unable to compensate for any issues regarding postage. In the case that a wrong address is added on our behalf, we will provide compensation.

If you have entered the wrong address at checkout, please email us at info@aimeegeorgia.com urgently so we can change your address before your order is dispatched. If we have already dispatched the order, unfortunately ,there is nothing we can do.
