Refund policy
Items can be returned with a store credit/or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order provided the item is in brand new, original condition with tags still attached. The item must be unworn. Unfortunately, Aimee Georgia is unable to offer refunds due to the handmade nature of the item.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at info@aimeegeorgia.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note customers are to cover the cost of the return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect. The refund for store credit will be processed once the item has been received on our end and we have reviewed the condition.
We offer returns and refunds if the item is faulty, please contact us via our email.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
