RETURNS & EXCHANGES

EXCHANGE POLICY:
We are happy to offer a return for an exchange, or credit note. Please note we currently do not offer refunds due to the order being made for you.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be in the original packaging, in original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.

STORE CREDIT POLICY:

Store credits are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be in the original packaging, in original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM:

If you receive damaged or faulty goods/an incorrect order, please contact us at info@aimeegeorgia.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide all contact/order details and images of proof. Aimee Georgia reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.

START A RETURN/EXCHANGE:

To start a return/exchange, please email us at info@aimeegeorgia.com with your order number and the name of the item/items you wish to return. We will email you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any loss of the parcel during transit, please purchase tracking to help minimise this. Aimee Georgia cannot accept any returns that are worn or tampered with in any way.

Please note that customers are to cover the cost of the return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect. The refund for store credit will be processed once the item has been received on our end and we have reviewed the condition.

We are available 5 days a week, 8am - 5pm NZT, Monday - Friday. We aim to respond to your email as soon as possible.
